How are lawyers verified?+
Every lawyer on FINIPE uploads a valid Bar Council of India enrolment certificate. Law firms additionally submit their firm registration and partner-list. Listings without valid Bar enrolment are not published.
Are fees transparent?+
Most lawyers on FINIPE publish hourly rates or fixed-fee packages for common matters (incorporation, GST registration, drafting, basic litigation). Complex litigation is quoted after a first consultation.
Can I get a free consultation?+
Some lawyers offer a free 15-minute discovery call; others charge for the first consultation. Each listing surfaces the policy upfront.
Does FINIPE provide legal opinions itself?+
No. FINIPE is a directory and facilitator. All legal opinions and engagements are delivered directly by the empanelled lawyer or firm.
