Is FINIPE a BBPS biller?+
FINIPE is a BBPS-integrated platform via verified BBPOU partners. Every bill payment is routed through the official Bharat BillPay rails and receives a BBPS reference number for traceability.
Are there any extra charges?+
FINIPE does not add convenience fees on standard utility payments. UPI and net-banking are free at source. Credit-card payments may attract the issuer's convenience fee — disclosed at checkout.
Can I set up auto-pay?+
Yes. NACH-based auto-debit and UPI-AutoPay are supported for monthly utility bills. Set up once and FINIPE handles the rest. Reminders fire 3 days before each debit.
What if a payment fails or is misposted?+
Failed payments are auto-refunded to source within 5-7 working days as per RBI guidelines. Misposted payments are escalated to the BBPOU partner with a 48-hour resolution SLA.
