How are healthcare providers verified?+
Doctors must upload a valid MCI/SMC registration. Hospitals and clinics submit their NABH or state health-authority registration. Diagnostic labs submit NABL or equivalent accreditation. Listings without valid registration are not published.
Can I book appointments through FINIPE?+
Yes — verified providers expose their slot availability and let users book directly. No call-and-confirm runaround. Cancellation policies are listed transparently on each profile.
Does FINIPE process insurance claims?+
FINIPE does not adjudicate claims. We surface the provider network of major insurers (HDFC Ergo, Star Health, ICICI Lombard, etc.) on each provider listing so cashless eligibility is visible upfront.
Are prices transparent?+
Verified providers commit to a published price list for standard consultations and diagnostic packages. Surgical and complex procedures are quoted on enquiry — but the listing flags whether the provider supports transparent quotes.
